Whether you're a middle school athlete, high school competitor, weekend warrior, or adult athlete, this session will provide practical tools to help you stay healthy and perform at your best!

Join Aimee from Skillz Physical Therapy to learn how to prevent common sports injuries, improve strength and mobility, and build effective recovery habits.

Learn How To:

• Recognize common sports injuries and warning signs
• Prevent injuries through proper warm ups and movement techniques
• Identify weak muscle groups and train them effectively
• Improve performance through strength, mobility, and conditioning
• Build healthy pre- and post-workout recovery routines
• Know when to seek treatment and how to recover safely
