Climate Action Evanston offers a free monthly service to anyone wanting to lower their home's greenhouse-gas emissions and utility bills.
One-on-one coaching sessions take place from 6:00 to 8:00 on the second Wednesday of every month in Room 108 of the Evanston Public Library. It's on the first floor near the east entrance.
Come with questions or concerns: whether complex (heat pumps, electric-induction appliances, solar panels, home-energy monitoring systems) or simple (types of insulation, products that block drafts), we'll help you understand the technologies, costs (net of incentives and rebates), and installation requirements.
Walk-ins are welcome but spaces are limited and reservations are encouraged. Sign up for a slot by clicking on the link or using the QR code below.
