Events › Learn to Knit: Mug Cozy

Make your own simple handknit mug cozy for your tea or coffee. Learn the basics of casting on, knit and purl stitch, casting off, and reading a knitting pattern in this class. All levels welcome. If you have never touched a pair of needles before, never fear! Our instructors will show you step by step how to complete this project. All supplies provided, but you are welcome to bring your own needles or chunky weight yarn. For teens grades 6-12 and adults ages 18+.

The Innovation Station is a creative DIY space that provides tools for makers like YOU to work on projects. Its simple, you bring the ideas and supplies and we supply the space and technology. Imagine, design, and create with us! The Innovation Station is located on the 3rd floor of the Main branch, across from the Loft where the quiet study room was originally located.
