Join us for a film viewing of "When Wajcha Meets Pachamama" and a talk-back with the playwright, Cláudio Carvalhaes.
The play wrestles with the future of our planet, exposing climate disasters through the lenses of a clown. This clown, named Wajcha, which means orphan in Quechua, goes around the Earth/Pachamama with a rat, Formaggio, experiencing several climate disturbances and responding to it the best way he can. After a long journey, Wajcha discovers he is hurting as much as Pachamama.
There will be time for Q&A with the playwright following the viewing. For ages 12+
