Led by a professional addictions counselor
This group will be facilitated by Mindful Heart Counseling founder Megan Hutchinson-Krings, LCSW CADC. She is an experienced addictions counselor who has helped folks address their relationships to substances at residential facilities, hospitals, and clients in private practice. She’ll bring her wealth of experience working in addiction counseling and mental health to help you experiment with not drinking, or mindfully drinking less.
