Ageless Grace® is a revolutionary brain and body fitness program that consists of 21 simple exercise tools, done seated, to create healthy longevity of the body and brain.

Start your week feeling great! Join Certified Ageless Grace® Educator, Kate Jordan, in a FUN, engaging, and effective brain and body fitness session every Monday!

Ageless Grace® is done in a chair and activates all 5 functions of the brain:

Strategic Planning
Memory and Recall
Analytical Thinking
Creativity and Imagination
Kinesthetic Learning

Each of the Ageless Grace® Tools activates neuroplasticity by practicing new skills:

Joint Mobility, Upper Body Strength, Cognitive Function, Multi-skilling, Systemic Movement, Joint and Ligament Stability, Flexibility, Neuroplasticity, Ability to Respond, React and Recover, Lower Body Function, Spinal Flexibility, Power and Leverage, Mobility and Agility in the hands, fingers, arms, and shoulders; Release of Tension in the Face, Head and Neck, Balance and Fall Prevention, Oxygenation of Cells, Dexterity in the Hands, Fingers and Wrists, Myofascial/Connective Tissue, Muscle Mass and Coordination, Cardiovascular Conditioning,
